TRAINING AND COACHING
CENTURY 21 Allstars understands that selecting the company you eventually work for is, by far, the most important decision you will make in setting the tone for a successful career in real estate. We also understand that CENTURY 21 Allstars is only as good as the individual talent that makes up our organization. Consequently, to have the best talent in our market place, we must provide not only a comprehensive training program but, also a unique on-going coaching program.
We have hired and employed some of the best management and support staff available to the real estate industry which in turns, translates into professional guidance and expert leadership. Currently, we have four, full-time experienced managers, whose only responsibility is to see that you develop your real estate skills. Unlike most real estate organizations, these managers do not compete with you listing and selling real estate and are physically available seven days a week.
Further, we have a full time support staff of nine individuals who assist you with tasks such as website development, social media skills, marketing efforts and transaction processing. We have found the support staff is instrumental with assisting you with the day-to-day operations of your new business and success.
In business since 1988, we understand the stress of learning a new profession and at the same time staying relevant and competitive in a never ending changing business climate. We know we are on the right path and headed in the correct direction providing our customers with exceptional service and you the realtor with time tested leadership.
Our award winning training program is designed to generate a minimum of one transaction per week earning you a six figure income during your first year in real estate. You will learn how to prospect for new clients and how to communicate effectively in order to reach your business and personal goals. As an example, you will learn how to calculate buyers’ monthly payments and what costs are associated with purchasing a home and you will also learn how to calculate the expenses associated with homeowners selling their property. Further, you will learn how to arrive at a projected sales price for residential real estate from different data sources.
Our training program is continuous and ongoing and meets daily at 8:30 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Some of these training programs, especially scripts training, are videoed and critiqued for proper presentation. We also have training in the afternoons and evenings to accommodate modified schedules. Some of our advanced agents also present training programs every other Wednesday and speak to the issues regarding what is working in the market place or what needs to be known. These meetings, named by the agents as “Master Mind Group” is beneficial as it puts an associate in contact with their peers.

Our coaching program is designed to inspire you and confirm your decision that you have chosen a career in real estate and to succeed at a high level and not merely just make a living! This coaching program is a one-on-one opportunity for you and your coach to arrive at an effective business plan and to execute that plan strategically in the market place. On a quarterly basis you will be evaluated based on the results and the activities that you have completed. When meeting with your coach, an assessment based on what you have accomplished will be addressed and recommendations will be made to conform to our production standards. This accountability process is continuous and ongoing throughout your real estate career with CENTURY 21 Allstars.
