CENTURY 21 Allstars offers its clients and the public the required curriculum in order to pass the Department of Real Estate state exam and to obtain your real estate license. The program covers three state required courses that qualify you to obtain your license. They are as follows:

Each course covers fifteen chapters highlighting the information you will need to learn in order to pass your real estate exam. Each chapter has a short review quiz that you are expected to complete prior to your next meeting. You are required to take and pass an open book final examination for each course. The review quiz in each chapter will prepare you for the open book final. The real estate school is held each Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The tuition cost is $274 which includes live instruction, books and materials, Certificate of Completion, and the required entrance to the state exam.

What are the requirements to get a real estate license?
You must be at least 18 years old, be a legal US resident, Honesty: Applicants must be honest and truthful. Conviction of a crime may result in the denial of a license. Failure to disclose any criminal violation or disciplinary action in an applicant's entire history may also result in the denial of a license.
How and when can I re-schedule my exam date?
The fastest and easiest method is using the DRE's online licensing system: http://dre.ca.gov/exm_resched_sales.html you may reschedule an exam date at any time. The DRE charges a $15 reschedule fee.
How long does it take to get my exam results?
When you complete your state exam, you will learn your results at that moment.
What if I fail the state exam?
There is no limit on how many times you can take the exam. The DRE charges $60 per exam sitting. We recommend scheduling a new date immediately if you find that you failed. That way the material stays fresh in your mind.
I passed my exam, now what?
We will give you a call the day your application arrives from the DRE. When will I get my license application?
It will arrive in the mail 10-15 business days from the day you passed your exam.
